The Fender neck is straight, there are no problems with the truss rod. The bass weighs 8 lbs on my scale. Modifications include Fender bridge, neck plate, pickup/bridge cover, new pick guard, with high quality pots, wiring and capacitor. There are two chips in the paint. There is no case or gig bag.
