Showtime family nite at the movies
He'll make you a rock star. As soon as he finishes his homework.
70s rockstar Simon Eckstal's record career is so... twenty years ago. He needs a hook. A gimmick. So he hires a teenager as a recording executive.
Meet Rob Tennant. The hippest, slickest high school student since Ferris Bueller took a day off. Rob loves playing the role of Mr. Music, but soon discovers that Simon only wants him to look young and keep out of his way.
Now Rob's going to teach Simon a thing or two about today's music biz. Even if he puts him out of business in the process.
A rockin' soundtrack and breakout performance from newcomer Jonathan Tucker make this a movie the whole family will enjoy.
