Up for sale is this fabulous vintage 1975 Gibson Grabber bass in very good and well-played condition.
These basses have been played by many famous bassists, including Stanley Clarke, Gene Simmons (Kiss) and Mike Dirnt (Green Day).
The neck is made from maple, the body from alder and it has a single sliding pickup, controlled by a volume and tone control. Beautifully uncomplicated and delivering plenty of bottom end punch. It\'s also fairly light-weight, so good if you\'re playing a long gig.
The bass has nicks and scratches you would expect from a well played, vintage instrument, however it\'s an excellent player with plenty of life left in the frets and the neck is straight.
The guitar does not come with a case, however it will be securely packaged for shipping or alternatively you are welcome to collect from Upper Ferntree Gully, Victoria 3156.
