The pennant measuresapproximately 14” tall by 7.5” wide. Made in high quality maroon silk, with niceembroidery on both sides showing the Soviet Hammer and Sickle emblem. Theembroidered writing is in Latvian language “Labākā Brigade” on one side and inRussian “Лучшая Бригада” on the other side.
There is a sleeve on thetop for a rope or a rod so that the pennant could hang on the wall. The pennantis in OUTSTANDING condition. Shows only a couple of tiny scuffs and some wearto the sleeve near the top. There are no stains or tears.
