Margaret Sullavan was an American stage and film actress. She preferred workingon the stage and only made 16 movies, four of which were opposite James Stewartincluding: The Shop Around the Corner and The Mortal Storm - both 1940.Nominated for an Academy Award for her performance in Three Comrades (1938). In1950 she made her last film,No Sad Songs for Me. Married to Henry Fonda (1931-1932),William Wyler (1934-1936), Leland Hayward (1936-1947) and Kenneth Wagg (1950-1960).Died of an accidental overdose of barbiturates January 1, 1960, at the age of 50.
