An LP in this grade may well have a bit of surface noise. H/ If you play the record you have purchased and it skips, makes a sound, jumps and there is no scratch that is visible, we cannot be held responsible for this as we only visually grade LPS. If you do not like this policy, DO NOT BUY THIS LP. We will NOT issue a refund because of a playback issue unless there is a visual scratch that we did not cover in the grade. We grade visually and this item is sold BASED ON OUR VISUAL INSPECTION. We have been grading LPS visually for over 30 years. so you can trust the visual grade. We have to stipulate this because of scammers who say "oh, track 2 jumped and that was my favorite, I want a partial refund". NO. No partial refunds and no refunds for NON-VISIBLE issues.
I/ We do a warp test, when we grade the LPS. We lay them on a flat surface, turn them and if there is a warp we will detail it in the condition grading. So, for anyone out there that thinks they are going to pull the "warp scam"... go elsewhere. NO refunds. You try and pull this scam and we will report you and try to get you banned from . If you don't like this policy. Shop elsewhere.
POINT 6 : SCAMMERS
A/ We check the LP to ensure it is the right LP for the cover when we take the photos and when we pack. There is no way a “wrong” LP will be dispatched to you. So no refund!!!B/ If USPS tracking says your item has been delivered to the address you have on file with . They have! No ifs, no buts. They delivered. I believe USPS, so contact your post office. Not us. So no refund!!!
C/ UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND.
