PRE ERNIE BALL 1978 MUSIC MAN STINGRAY BASS!!!This is an all original Mocha 1978 Stingray all original with the original hardshell case. This bass is GORGEOUS and is set up with absolutely no functional issues whatsoever.
CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! This bass really glows and other than a hole for a strap button and two holes for a thumbnuts is 100% all original as it came from the factory. I really want to emphasize that the Mocha finish on this looks really really good, this just glows.
The bass is in fantastic shape with very little signs of use at all. Plus this has the sought after epoxy covered preamp. The bass weighs 10 pounds and 9 ounces and the neck feels incredible.
The neck is October 28 of 1978, the body is dated October and the year is rubbed off. The pots are the 37th week of 1977, the 15th week of 1978 and the 19th week of 1978. The case is original and in fantastic condition.
