It is designed for Netscape 3.0 or higher and Internet Explorer 4.0, but I made another version available if you have another browser (such as AOL). Comments are definitely welcome (perhaps on The Ledge). This took more than a week to complete (mornings and evenings) and includes over 125 pictures!
- Added the notation about $5 off any purchase at CDnow into the discographies. You cannot get this by going to their site directly, it has to be through any link here on the Penguin (and we get credit that way too). ;-) This sale expires on October 1st.

Once that is completed, I am going to take about two weeks off from Penguin updates to prepare the Official Site Proposal. I have been trying to do both simultaneously, but it is simply not working. If anyone has any pictures of Bob Brunning, Dave Walker, Bob Weston, Dave Mason, or Bekka Bramlett that are not from the standard books, please e-mail them to us as we could use them for the new section. You will be credited of course. ;-) I hope this page will be available at the beginning of next week (I've already been working on this new page for three days now.). - Search The Penguin: The previous two search engines were overloaded. They could not complete indexing the Penguin in the alloted CPU time due to the size of the site. An error message ("err: the index file is empty") was the frequent result to a search. Two more search engines have been added to help further split the load. It may take a few days though before they are updated and work properly. Only the "Lyrics and Lyric Interpetations" engine is actually working this morning.
