  • Moved The Penguin to a new server WITHOUT TRANSFER QUOTAS. The Ledge returned too, but without the subscription option (for now). As I am reducing the number of servers that The Penguin is hosted on from seven to one, please, please, please tell me if you see ANYTHING at all that does not work.
  • Added the counter and a new, more functional search engine to the new location. All biographies, albums, and lyrics are now searchable!!!
  • Linked all of the albums and lyrics mentioned on the Lindsey Buckingham, John McVie, Bekka Bramlett, Bob Brunning, Billy Burnette, Jenny Boyd, Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett, Brian Wilson, Chicken Shack, Christine McVie, and Bob Welch biography pages into the discography.

  • Over the years we have received many requests as to where to purchase the albums when local record stores do not carry them. We have ordered from an online music company called CDnow several times and found them to be fast, professional, and reasonably priced. To aid Fleetwood Mac fans in finding such albums, we have added 54 links in the discographies section to the respective places at CDnow. Many of these have reviews and some even have real audio sound clips. The Fleetwood Mac official albums plus the Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, and Dave Mason solo albums have been completed-- more will be added in the future.
  • Decreased the file sizes of the album covers by approximately 25%.

  • Very exciting news !! Jeff Kenney (The Chain Gang) has decided that he no longer wants to maintain his site. He has VERY generously donated his immense discography to the Penguin. This information will be integrated with the Penguin's biographical information to create one fantastic Fleetwood Mac site. The following discographies are now available: Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie, Mick Fleetwood, Jeremy Spencer, Billy Burnette, and Rick Vito and are also accessible from the biography pages. If you should notice any problems with the combination, please don't hesitate to let us know. Also, if you are interested in transcribing lyrics, you will be credited on the appropriate page.
  • Split this page into January through May, 1997 and June onwards.
