Billboard Online, November 10, 1998 Early Fleetwood Mac Back In A Box Sony Music U.K. and Sire Records in the U.S. are co-developing a six-CD boxed set of early Fleetwood Mac material. Billboard Bulletin reports that the package will include the four albums the band made for Blue Horizon from 1967-69, augmented with demos, studio conversation, and other unreleased material; a U.S. release is planned for next March. Sony is also working on a sequel to last year's "Blue Horizon Story" for spring 1999 release, produced by original label head Mike Vernon. Fleetwood Mac has been enjoying a resurgence in popularity since its 1997 reunion and U.S. tour, which marked the 20th anniversary of the band's influential album "Rumours." Powered by extensive media coverage, the group's latest set, "The Dance" released last year by Reprise, spent a week atop The Billboard 200. -- Paul Sexton, London
