Two Mac Filled Nights!

I came up from Southern CT to see the Mac for both nights. I think I had two different perspectives as my seats were different for both nights. Night One was in section 124 and Night Two was on Floor One Row two. The first concert had great performances of acoustic greats, Landslide and Never Going Back Again. Eyes of the World featured Mr. B's fast fingers. GoodBye Baby was very heart touching and brought tears to your eyes.
I will say the second night was awesome being that close to the stage and my ticket up grade was a last minute thing which I don't regret. Lindsey was very attentive with his front row fans. He was extremely playful during Tusk doing a zig zagged walk to John and butting into him and then going around Stevie a few times before grabbing her in an embrace. Stevie did a beautiful version of Beautiful Child on both nights. Gold Dust Woman was awesome and Stand Back was when Stevie let loose with her spins!
Lindsey rocked with I'm So Afraid, Come and Go Your Own Way where he broke guitar strings on each of these songs both nights due to his fantastically manic playing. Lindsey was indeed the star that shone those nights and I was so honored to see him for the third and fourth time and I hope I get to see him again someday.
Fleetwood Mac can still rock and roll~~~Lindsey is the best guitarist in my book.

The May 28 concert was my first Fleetwood Mac concert and I was thoroughly blown away!!! I had watched The Dance concert on TV and thought they were great, but live they are even better!! Lindsey is the best guitarist and his stage prescence is unbelievable. He definately rocked this show!! Stevie is just beautiful. Her voice was great and her chemistry with Lindsey is so wonderful. Mick's drum solo's were out of this world!!! It is so hard to believe that the members of this band are in their 50's. They still sing and play like their early years. We had great seats at the Centrum section 107 row DD. My only complaint.......I WASN"T IN THE FRONT ROW!!!! Lindsey was so involved with the audience in the front....signing autographs, getting right down playing his guitar and letting people touch him.....that's awesome!!! I fell in love with this band all over again and I hope they add more dates for the Northeast. I will definately go see them again!!

As I think the audience let Stevie know that somethings do get better with age during her singing of "Landslide"..as the crowded widly cheered each time she sang the verse "i'm getting older too"

I thoroughly enjoyed the show, Lindsey's guitar solo's amd Mick's drum solos were spectacular. Steve's voice says it all for her. Simply put, they've still got it! maybe more!

thanks fleetwood mac for a fanastic show!

They rocked the house!

Last night's concert (May 28) was absolutely unbelievable. From the powerful vocals of Stevie's "Gold Dust Woman","Stand Back", and "Gypsy" to Lindsey's playful actions chasing other band members across the stage and Mick's out of this world encore solo performance, with John pulling it all together- this was seriously the concert of a lifetime. Fleetwood Mac rocked through the night with power, energy and heart like no other rock band could ever come close to. Lindsey's guitar solos blew us away with his precision and emotion...it was fantastic! And the night was complete when my husband and I stood waiting for their limousines, and Stevie rode by, unrolled the window and waved to us- only about 15 of us were waiting there...and I believe we all went home very, very happy! Definitely a concert to check out...we'll be travelling this fall for a night of the second leg!

Mac at The Worcester Centrum Centre

What a great show!! This being the third time I have seen them, I have to say they were as good maybe even better (thats hard to determine!!) than The Dance tour. Lindsey & Stevie sounded amazing, their chemistry is what makes the show so special. I have to say I did miss Christine a bit because she is such a big part of the band but the show was centered around Lindsey & Stevie which gave them more flexibility which was also nice to see. Lindsey is by far one of the best guitarits on the planet & showed that last night. Stevie was gracious & awesome as usual, Mick was unbelievable & John was quiet but great!! Eyes of the World & Beautiful Child were very pleasant surprises as the rest of the set was a good mix of their classics & new material. I drove three hours to see them, it was definitely worth the trip & I would do it again if I had the chance!!
The only thing abut the Centrum is MAKE sure you know where your seats are before you purchase - all seats are good except for the floor!! My friends & I THOUGHT we were getting elevated seats (I asked the box office) but we actually got floor seats. Luckily, we were able to stand above so we could see & the Centrum personnel was pretty cool about letting us do that so we could enjoy the show.
