From the Philadelphia Inquirer Review of Cat Dancer.

Philadelphia Inquirer (PA), March 11, 1984

Sandy Stewart, "Cat Dancer" (Modern Records) * * : A chum of Stevie Nicks and executive-produced by Jimmy Iovine, Stewart has - what else? - a pretty, thin voice and a penchant for dreamy, ethereal music. The big difference between Stewart and Nicks - and they even share a fondness for wispy gypsy outfits - is that Nicks bolsters her music with firm rock guitar. Stewart doesn't; as a consequence, her music just drifts into the ether.
