It was Mick's birthday, and it could not have been a better experience for us, the fans. I had anticipated an excellet concert, but the band exceeded anything I could have imagined. Very deep into the tour, they could have just 'mailed it in' but they played as if this could be the last show ever. Very nice interaction with the fans .Two and a half hours, every song you ever knew and some you didn't, it was wonderful. And I can say from experience, I have heard and seen most of the great artists from this generation, for Rolling Stone to only place Lindsey Buckingham at number 100 of the greatet guitarists of all time...hard to believe because LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM IS A ROCK AND ROLL GUITAR GOD, plain and simple. Don't miss seeing these legends, they are in the HOF for a reason.

Charlotte Show Missing Something (or Somebody)

As much as I respect and admire Fleetwood Mac, a tour without Christine McVie is essentially a Buckingham-Nicks celebration. That's not a bad thing, but not performing so many of the terrific songs that Christine wrote leaves a huge gap for fans. I believe that "Don't Stop" was the only Christine McVie song FM performed in Charlotte. Nonetheless, songs like "Tusk," "Gold Dust Woman" and "Go Your Own Way" will always sound great. A thumbs-up for the performance, but without Christine McVie, it can never be an ultimate Fleetwood Mac concert.
